What models do you offer?

Our latest wireless intercom models are KUMINIK8-PRO, WAERO-PRO and NANO. (We have an older version named Kuminik8 and Waero.)

Should I choose the EU or US version?

The main difference is the operating frequency, ensuring compliance with local regulations and avoiding interference with emergency services. Choose the US version for the countries of the Americas and the EU version for European countries. We also offer region-specific versions, including Japan, Brazil and Taiwan China. In countries without frequency restrictions, either version may be used.

NANO:

Features

Why choose 1.9G? What's the difference between 1.9G and 2.4G?

Compared to 2.4G, the 1.9G band has fewer sources of interference, better anti-interference performance, and zero audio delay.

How to Optimize Communication signal?

1. The master unit acts as the signal bridge. Place it in a central location, with remote units positioned around it within effective range and preferably without obstructions.

2. When the battery is low power, make sure to replace with a charged battery.

How do the headsets work?

The Master headset acts as the center of the system, while Remote headsets communicate with the Master. For example, with a 500 m operating radius, two Remote headsets positioned on opposite sides of the Master can be up to 1,000 m apart.

How is the audio quality?

The system is optimized for the speech frequency range, providing clear voice reproduction. ENC microphone noise reduction and internal acoustic insulation improve clarity.

Is frequency adjustment available?

No. The system automatically selects the best available channel which adopt frequency hopping technology.

What if my team has more than 16 users?

For teams with more than nine users, the HUB PRO solution is recommended. A single HUB PRO device supports connection of up to 16 headsets, and when two HUB PRO units are linked together, the system can support up to 32 headsets. (The new HUB PRO product will be launched at IBC 2026).

What batteries are used?

Both the Kuminik8 Pro and Waero Pro use universal batteries that are easy to buy locally. Nano has a built-in rechargeable battery. Meanwhile, our intercoms have a built-in USB Type-C port supporting charging while in use.

The NANO model integrates a 3.5 mm TRRS interface, which provides support for audio input, audio output, and headset connection functionalities.

Upon releasing the button, members of each group will revert to independent conversations limited to their respective groups..
